Play Golf in the Shadow of Ben Nevis
Our guests staying in our apartments pay half price per round of golf at Fort William Golf Club, with the first round given free, courtesy of Highland Holiday Apartments - please ask for your token on arrival at the Apartments. A round of golf is normally £20.00. The course is just outside Fort William on the A82 Inverness road, just a mile further on from the Ben Nevis Distillery. Set directly below Ben Nevis, this 18 hole course measures some 5464 yards off the yellow tees and is a good test for all golfers.
Guided Walks up Ben Nevis
Britain’s highest mountain is a must for those would be expeditionists and the views are breathtaking but it can also be a very dangerous environment under certain conditions. We can organise guided walks to the summit and back for most of the year but this is weather dependent and we would insist on the appropriate clothing and footwear.
Winter Skiing at Nevis Range
Being situated 5 minutes from Nevis Range Ski Resort and Gondola, you can virtually look out of your apartment window and check out the conditions for yourself. The views are fabulous and on a good day the skiing is fantastic. Pictures show the top of Aonach Mor with Ben Nevis in the background.
